Basic settings

The basic settings described here are telephone settings i.e. they are valid for all users.

User setup

Up to 5 users can be defined. Every user is assigned an MSN (Multiple Subscriber Number A, B,
C, D, E). Your telephone rings when one of the set MSNs is called.

Your Eurit 33 / 33 plus is delivered with no user defined and is set to ring for all incoming
calls.
To take advantage of all the functions of your Eurit 33 / 33 plus, you must define at least
one user.
To allow you to determine which incoming calls are for which users, you can define dif-
ferent ringing melodies (see »Setting the ringing melody and volume« and »Incoming
calls«).
For outgoing calls the MSN of the active user is also presented. If you do not wish an MSN
to be presented for a specific user, you can suppress it (see »CLIR«).
Press menu key until »Installation« is displayed.

Press the Foxkey under \.
»MSN« appears in the display.

Press the Foxkey under »Change«.
»MSN A« appears in the display.

Press the Foxkey under »Change«.
Enter the number for MSN A.
Attention: Enter the MSN without prefix.

Press the Foxkey under »ok«.
Enter the name for MSN A.
If you do not enter a name, the MSN is handled
as a name.

Press the Foxkey under »ok« to confirm entry.

»Set MSN A« appears again in the display.
Press the Foxkey under \.
»Set MSN B« appears in the display.

Set MSN B the same way and repeat the proce-
dure for MSN C to MSN E.
