»Phonebook« appears in the display.
Press the Foxkey under \ or û.
The first or last entry in the phonebook is dis-
played.
To search the phonebook, you have two op-
tions:
Either enter the first letters ...
For example, for the name »Newman«,
press Key 6 twice. The display shows the first
name beginning with »N«.
Press the Foxkey under \ until the name you
are seeking is shown.
... or scroll
Press the Foxkey under \ or û until the name
you are seeking is shown.
Press the Foxkey under »change«.
The name to be changed is displayed.
Change the name as required.
Press the Foxkey under »ok«.
The number to be changed is displayed.
Change the number as required.
If an attribute is to be inserted in the number,
use the arrow keys to position the cursor and
Press the Foxkey under »Attribute«. The at-
tributes are shown in the lower display line
(press the Foxkey under @ to display addi-
tional attributes).
Press the Foxkey under the appropriate attribute
symbol.
The attribute is inserted.
– »P« for Provider
– »Z« for Subadress
– »X« for Exchange Access Code (EAC)
– »K« for Keypad
– »C« for CLIR
