Recording the closing message

You can record a closing message whether the TAM is on or off. The closing message is played
back after the set recording time for a message has expired (the closing message is identical for
all users).

Press the menu key until »Settings« is displayed
Press the Foxkey under \ until the display
shows »óTAM«, followed by the current setting
»off« or »on«.
Press the Foxkey under »change«.
The display shows the selected greeting and
type.
Press the Foxkey under \ until »Closing mes-
sage« is shown
Press the Foxkey under »change«.
The telephone is ready for recording a closing
message. √ (play) is only shown if a closing
message has already been recorded.
Lift the handset (the closing message can only
be recorded with the handset off-hook).
Press the Foxkey under »rec«.
Ready signal is heard. Recording the closing
message.
Press the Foxkey under – to end your message.
A signal confirms the end of recording. The
recording can also be ended by replacing the
handset.
Press the Foxkey under »ok«.
The recording is finished.
Replace the handset.
