Setting appointments (alarm function)

You can set up to 5 appointments (1 appointment per user). Possible settings are: Once-only ap-
pointment or daily appointment at a specific time.

Enquiry call

This function is used if you are talking to a call partner and wish to consult another call party
briefly without disconnecting the current call.

Press R key.
The dialling tone is heard (the first connection is put on hold).
Dial the number and talk to the second party.
Press R key.
You can now continue your first call.
Press menu key until »Functions« is displayed
Press the Foxkey under \ until »Alarm« is
shown. The current setting is displayed.
Press the Foxkey under »Change«.
»îInterval« appears in the display. The current
interval settings are then displayed (off, daily or
once). The lower display line shows the options.
Press the Foxkey under »once« or »Daily«, to
set an appointment or under »off« to deacti-
vate a programmed appointment.
Press the Foxkey under »ok«.
Once you have deactivated an appointment, the
display again shows »îAlarm«. When activated,
a space is displayed for entry of the appoint-
ment.
Change the appointment time or enter a new
time (if no appointment is set, the current time
is shown).
Press the Foxkey under »ok«.
The display again shows »îAlarm«.
