PPA-13X
STEP 1
BE CAREFUL TO ASSEMBLE ALL COMPONENTS
IN THE SEQUENCE THAT THEY ARE PRESENTED.
NOTE:
finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten
until the last step. some components may be pre-assembled.
nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, must wrench tighten.
1A. attach pulley frame (E) near the bottom of the main
upright of your PLA-144X using:
2 - (#1) M10X70mm hex head bolt
2 - (#6) M10 nylon lock nut
1B. attach support pad (G) near the middle of the main
upright of your PLA-144X using:
2 - (#4) M8X65mm hex head bolt
2 - (#9) M8 spring washer
2 - (#7) M8 washer
1C. attach pulley plate (B) near the top of the main
upright of your PLA-144X followed by center arm
frame (A) using:
2 - (#1) M10X70mm hex head bolt
2 - (#6) M10 nylon lock nut
1D. insert end caps into side openings of center arm
frame (A) using:
2 - (#13) 2"X2" end cap
1E. insert end caps into top and bottom openings of
pulley frame (E) using:
2 - (#14) 1"X1" end cap
1F. insert plastic cover (#11) onto square post of
center arm frame (A).
