STEP 2
BE CAREFUL TO ASSEMBLE ALL COMPONENTS
IN THE SEQUENCE THAT THEY ARE PRESENTED.
NOTE:
finger tighten all hardware in this step. DO NOT wrench tighten
until the last step. some components may be pre-assembled.
nylon lock nuts will not fully screw onto bolts, must wrench tighten.
NOTE: left, right, top, and bottom are referenced as if you
were in the position of using the machine.
2A. insert foam roller onto, and end caps into bottom and
top openings of right arm frame (C) and left arm
frame (D) using:
2 - (#10) foam roller
4 - (#13) 2"X2" end cap
2B. attach right arm frame (C) to center arm frame (A) using:
1 - (#5) M10X16mm hex head bolt
1 - (#8) M10 washer
Note: part #16 is already pre-installed in right arm
frame (C). it is shown in case you ever need to order new
ones.
2C. attach left arm frame (D) to center arm frame (A) using:
1 - (#5) M10X16mm hex head bolt
1 - (#8) M10 washer
Note: part #16 is already pre-installed in left arm
frame (D). it is shown in case you ever need to order new
ones.
