Mechanical Troubleshooting - SCIFIT STEP ONE Service Manual

Symptom:
1. Clunking noise and rod end links seem to be loose.
2. Squeaking at high resistance coming from belts.
3. Indexing handle spins 360 degrees and does not stop at +/- 30 degrees.

a. Torque all link bolts to 720 in/lbs (60 ft/lbs).

3. Indexing handle spins 360 degrees and does not stop at +/- 30 degrees.
a. Adjust the set screw on the outer handle up one revolution.
