4000 Series Stepper REMOVE STEPPER BRAKE 4000 SERIES 1. Remove hood. 2. Push belt tensioning bearing clockwise to release the pressure off the belt to remove the belt. 3. Remove 15/16 nut that holds on the flywheel and remove the flywheel. 4. -

STEPPER CABLE REMOVAL 4000 SERIES Remove hood. (Note) Cable is wrapped counterclockwise starting from the inside going out. (Important note) Do not remove both cable at one time. When replacing cable be sure the ball on the cable lines up with the drive hub hole. -
