MEChANICAL PARTS REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
Step 5:
Reattach the covers and console according to the "Lower/Upper Cover" replacement procedure on page 31.
rIghT cLUTch/pULLEy rEpLAcEmEnT
Follow the steps in the "Left Clutch/Pulley Replacement" section for the right clutch/pulley #A1375.
Tools Required: * 3mm Allen hex *Loctite 271
Step 1:
Remove the console and lower/upper covers according to the "Lower/Upper Cover Removal" process.
Step 2:
Lift the left pedal to relieve the tension on
the return spring.
