MEChANICAL PARTS REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
Step 2:
Place a small drop of Loctite 271 on the
threads of the four flathead screws and
loosely screw them onto the pulley.
Step 3:
Use a 3mm Allen hex to remove the
four M5 x 18mm flat head socket screws
(#0141378) .
Step 4:
Place the drive belt around the brake pulley
and over the idler pulley, then carefully
walk the drive belt onto large pulley's
grooves t urning i n a c lockwise direction.
Note: Verify that belt is centered on the
pulley.
ATTENTION
Pinching points may occur when replacing
the belt, please use caution.
