MEChANICAL PARTS REMOVAL/REPLACEMENT
Tools Required: * 1/4" Allen Hex * Ratchet * 3/8" Allen Hex * 5/8" Wrench
* Torque wrench with range above 720 in/lbs * 5/8" Socket
Step 1:
Loosely attach the new pivot link to the
pivot blade with the hardware previously
removed as shown in the diagram.
Note: Verify the washers are placed in
the correct location.
Step 2:
Align the assembly link and the pivot
link with the bottom holes of the outer
handle and loosely secure them with
the h ardware pr eviously r emoved.
Note: Verify the washers are placed in
the correct location.
