Incoming Call History for Departments
If you have been elected to handle Department Voicemail messages this will mean that
Department calls that you have answered will appear in your Incoming Call History. You
will also be informed when your Department has missed a call. The Crossed Phone icon will
appear alongside the entry in the normal manner.

To end the call, replace your handset, or press the Speaker button.
To place the original call on hold press the Recall button.
Press the Departments button. A list of the Departments on your
system will appear.
Select the Department required by pressing the Context Sensitive
Key alongside its name.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Voicemail .
To transfer the call, replace your handset, or press the Speaker
button.
To transfer the call, press the Page Down button underneath the
Display.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Transfer on the
Display.
