Receiving a Follow Me/Forwarded Call
If a colleague's calls have been forwarded to your extension when you receive a forwarded
call your colleague's details will be displayed in the "Called Number" section (Lines 3 & 4)
of the Call Status Display to enable you to identify and answer the call correctly.

Using Do Not Disturb

The Do Not Disturb feature allows you to set your extension as permanently busy. This is
useful if, for example, you are in a meeting and do not wish to be interrupted.
Turning on Do Not Disturb
 DND
 On
Your calls will be automatically passed to Voicemail (if enabled) or to your Forward on Busy
number (if configured). The call will be logged in your Missed Calls list.
Please note: When Do Not Disturb has been set your PCS 100 will provide a broken dial tone
through the handset to remind you that this feature has been enabled.

Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Forwarding.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside NoAnswer. The entry
in bold typeface shows which selection is currently active.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Off to disable Forward
on No Answer.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside DND. The entry in
bold typeface shows which selection is currently active.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside On to enable Do Not
Disturb.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside DND. The entry in
bold typeface shows which selection is currently active.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Off to disable Do Not
Disturb.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
