Whilst in addition the following active buttons are shown on the Display to help you manage
your Voicemail:
SkpBack
Save
Forward
Delete
SkpFwd

Deleting a Message

Ringback the Caller

If the caller's number has been withheld or not received by the system this facility will not be
available. When selecting an Incoming Call or Voicemail using the Context Sensitive Keys,
Line 2 of the Display will indicate if the caller's telephone number has been received.

Saving a Message

 Sue Jones
 Play
 Save
Or

Press the Message Box button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message to be deleted using the Context Sensitive Key
alongside the required entry.
Remove the message by pressing the Context Sensitive Key
alongside Delete.
Press the Message Box button to return to your default Favourites
Display.
Press the Message Box button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message from the caller you wish to ringback using the
Context Sensitive Key alongside the required entry.
Dial the caller back by pressing the Context Sensitive Key
alongside Call.
Press the Message Box button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message to be listened to be pressing the Context
Sensitive Key alongside it.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Play.
After listening to the Voicemail press the Context Sensitive Key
alongside Save.
Press the Message Box button to return to the Incoming Call &
Voicemail list. The message will then be automatically deleted
after 7 days.
