Transferring a call to a colleague's Voicemail
 Voicemail

Recording a Call

During any call (internal or external or conference call) you can record the conversation. The
resulting recording will become a new Voicemail message and can be accessed in the usual
way.

Retrieving a Recorded Call
Personal call recordings are managed in exactly the same manner as Voicemail messages. See
"Retrieve a Message" on page16.

Recording a Memo

You may wish to record a message to yourself, for example when you wish to leave a
reminder to perform a particular task, e.g. book a meeting, phone a customer etc.

Personal memos are managed in exactly the same manner as Voicemail messages. See
"Retrieve a Message" on page 16.

Place the call on hold (press the Recall button).
Dial the User's extension number.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Voicemail.
Replace your handset, or press the Speaker button.
During a call press the either the Up Page or Down
Page button beneath the Display.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Record. Your
conversation will be recorded.
To end the recording, press the Context Sensitive Key alongside
StopRec on the Display.
Alternatively, replace your handset, or press the Speaker button to
end the call.
Press the Message Box button.
Press the Page Up button underneath the Display.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Memo. Record your
memo.
Replace your handset, or press the Speaker button to end the
memo and save the recording.
