Forwarding a Message

The PCS 100 allows you to forward your voicemail messages to your email or the voicemail
box(es) of colleagues.

After listening to the Voicemail press the Context Sensitive Key
alongside Delete.
Press the Message Box button to return to your default Favourites
Display.
Press the Message Box button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message to be listened to be pressing the Context
Sensitive Key alongside it.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Play.
Whilst/after listening to the Voicemail press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside Forward.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Email to forward this
message as a .wav attachment to your nominated email account.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Exit to return to your
voicemail options.
Press the Message Box button to return to your incoming call
history and voicemails.
Press the Message Box button a second time to return to your
default Favourites Display.
Press the Message Box button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.
Select the message to be listened to be pressing the Context
Sensitive Key alongside it.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Play.
Whilst/after listening to the Voicemail press the Context Sensitive
Key alongside Forward.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Add Number.
Dial the extension number required using the telephone keypad.
If you want to forward the voicemail to more than one person
repeat the above process by pressing the Context Sensitive Key
alongside Add Number and enter the next/subsequent extension
numbers using the telephone keypad.
If you make a mistake when keying an entry press the Context
Sensitive Key alongside Clear to delete that particular entry only.
