Using Call Waiting

Call Waiting allows you to receive a second call whilst still connected to another call. The
use of this feature is controlled by your System Administrator.

Using Follow Me/Forwarding

You may wish to forward your calls to another colleague or an external number, eg your
mobile, while you are out of the office, not at your desk or on another call.
Please note:
When Follow Me/Forwarding has been set your PCS 100 will provide a broken dial

tone through your headset to remind you that this feature has been enabled.
If your calls are forwarded but not answered, or the extension, mobile or phone you
•
have forwarded the call to is busy, the caller will be passed to your Voicemail (where
enabled) and the call will be logged as a missed call on your PCS 100.
Using Follow Me
This facility allows you to configure your extension so that your calls follow you to an
internal extension or to an external number, eg your mobile, when you are working at another
desk, out of the office, working at home etc. Your Follow Me number can be a different one
than that used as your Forward on Busy and/or Forward on No Answer number(s).

When a second call is received you will hear an intermittent beep
in your handset.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Switch to view the
caller's name (if known) and phone number.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Answer to view the
caller's name (if known) and phone number.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Switch to toggle
between the two calls.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Clear and the call will
be passed directly to Voicemail (if enabled) or cancelled.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Forwarding.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside FollowMeTo.
The number you have currently set to forward your calls to is
shown on Line 3 of the Display. To continue to use this number
press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Exit.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
