Using Forward on No Answer
You may wish to forward your calls only when you are unable to answer your phone when,
for example, you have left your desk temporarily or are in a meeting. Your forwarding
number can be a different one than that used as your Follow Me and/or Forward on Busy
number(s).
Checking your Forward on No Answer number

Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Forwarding.
The number you have currently set to forward your calls to is
shown on Line 3 of the Display. To continue to use this number
press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Exit.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Forwarding.
The number you have currently set to forward your calls to is
shown on Line 3 of the Display. To set a different forwarding
number, press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Clear.
Enter the new forwarding number using the telephone keypad.
Once the new number has been entered press the Context
Sensitive Key alongside Set.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside Forwarding.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside NoAnswer. The entry
in bold typeface shows which selection is currently active.
Press the Context Sensitive Key alongside On to enable Forward
on No Answer.
Press the Page Up button to return to your Favourites list.
Press the Page Down button.
