VPN

A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a tunnel providing a private link between two networks or devices over a public network. Data to
be sent via a VPN needs to be encapsulated and as such is generally not visible to public network.
The advantages of a VPN connection include:
Data Protection
Access Control
Data Origin Authentication
Data Integrity
How to configure a VPN connection

Click "Add" and select the type of VPN connection you would like to configure. You can select from the following types of
VPN connection:
PPTP
GRE
OpenVPN
IPSec
Each VPN connection has different configuration requirements. For more information on the VPN functionality available, please refer
to the VPN document available from the NetComm Website.
The following pages detail the configuration options available for the different VPN connection types.
