SET MODE

D Power save function
The power save functon reduces current dran by deactvat-
ng the recever crcut for preset ntervals.
• OFF : The power save functon s turned OFF.
• ON
: The power save functon s turned ON. The power save
functon wll be actvated when no sgnal s receved, and no
operaton s performed for 5 sec.

When ths functon s turned ON, rejecton of nose s m-
proved so that the audo s not easly affected by nose.

When ths functon s turned ON, the output power s fixed to
low except for Channel 16.

D Noise detection function "nd"
The nose detecton functon enables the transcever to de-
tect the ambent nose whle n the standby condton. If the
detectng nose and the receved sgnal are stronger than the
specfic level, the transcever ncreases the volume level au-
tomatcally to sut the envronment when recevng a sgnal.
When the squelch s open, the transcever won't detect nose.
• OFF : The nose detecton functon s turned OFF.
• Low : When the detectng nose s louder than the specfc level,
the transcever turns up the volume.
• Hgh : When the detectng nose s louder than the specfic level, the
transcever turns up the volume greater than "Low" settng.
