Parts needed:
• (1) SLIDE ASSEMBLY
Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.

SLIDE ASSEMBLY

Step 1: After centering wave slide in
the opening, use a drill with a 5/16"
bit, to drill a hole through the holes on
the slide and through the fort floor.

Hardware needed:
• (3) B - NUT BARREL WH 5/16x5/8 - H100004
• (3) AD - WASHER LOCK EXT 12x19 - H100031
• (3) CM - BOLT WH 5/16x1/2 - H100115

Step 2: Insert Bolts 'CM' through wave
slide and deck boards, as shown.

Assembly to the fort floor using the
Safe-T-Fuse hardware, as shown.
