Parts needed:
• (1) E1 - TOWER LEG - W101453
• (1) E3 - TOWER LEG - W100450
• (1) L1 - WALL RAIL - W101730
• (1) H1 - FLOOR RAIL - W101449
• (1) K1 - BASE BOARD - W101451
• (2) F1 - DECK BRACE - W101504
• (2) J1 - FLOOR SUPPORT - W101037
Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.
• For ease during assembly, assemble uprights flat on the ground.
Note: It is vital that the fort
be level before and after
each phase of assembly.
Step 1: Using a hammer, insert all the
'BG' T-Nuts into the respective boards,
as shown.
Step 2: Attach 'L1' Wall Rail & 'K1' Base
Board to 'E1' & 'E3' Tower Legs using
hardware 'D', 'AD', 'AC' and 'H', as
shown.
Step 3: Attach 'H1' Floor Rail using
Bolts 'L', Washers 'AC' and previously
assembled T-Nuts 'BG', as shown.
Step 4: Attach 'J1' Floor Support to 'E1'
& 'E3' Tower Legs using Screws 'CK',
as shown.
Step 5: Attach 'F1' Deck Brace to 'E1'
& 'E3' Tower Legs using Lag Screws
'Z' & Washers 'AC', as shown.
Step 6: Attach 'F1' Deck Brace to 'H1'
Floor Rail using Bolts 'K', Washers 'AC'
& 'AD', and Nut Barrel 'D', as shown.
