Parts needed:
• (1) LY - LOWER TUBE (GREEN) - A100233
• (1) LZ - UPPER TUBE (5' - GREEN) - A100234
MJ - UPPER TUBE (4' - GREEN) - A100238
MK - UPPER TUBE (6' - GREEN) - A100239
• (1) ML - HAND GRIP (YELLOW) - A100236
• (1) MG - BOOT (BLACK) - A100235
Phase Notes
• Assemble with hardware as shown.
NOTE: Depending on the size of your
Wave Rider, the Upper Tube will be one
of the following: 'LZ', 'MJ' or 'MK', but
not all three.

Step 2: Slide the 'ML' Hand Grip onto the end
of Upper Tube. Next, slide 'MG' Boot onto
Lower Tube. Now, insert Lower Tube into the
open end of Upper Tube. Slide the 'ML' hand
grip down until the holes in the uprights align
with the holes in the grip. Secure the uprights
and hand grip into place using (2) 'MA'
Shoulder Bolt (M5x22MM), 'MC' Washer Lock
Int. and 'MB' Barrel Nut (M5x13MM), as shown.

Step 3: Insert (1) 'MP' Bushing into one
end of Attachment Sleeve. Next, insert (1)
'LX' Pivot Pin and another 'MP' Bushing,
as shown.
Phase 2
Hardware needed:
• (2) MA - SHOULDER BOLT (M5x13MM) - H100155
• (2) MB - BARREL NUT (M5x22MM) - H100156
• (2) LX - PIVOT PIN 16x92 - H100152
• (2) MC - WASHER LOCK INT. (7x12) - H100157
• (4) MP - BUSHING - H100153
