8. Gently press on the forms tractor until it clicks on both sides and the electrical
connector tab is fully seated in the connector.
9. If there is a paper bail in the printer, ensure that it is closed (see 10e on
page 206)..
10. If there is not a paper bail in the printer, install one as follows:
a. Remove the ribbon cartridge. (See "Removing the Ribbon Cartridge" on
page 289.)
b. Move the printhead to the far right.
c. Grip the bail assembly as shown in the following illustration.
Important!
To avoid damaging the mylar, ensure the mylar points down.
d. Insert the left and right paper bail end cap pivots into the side frames.
