If the Ready light is...

it indicates that...
the interactive whiteboard is receiving power and is successfully
communicating with the USB HID driver of a connected device.
This state can also indicate that the user selected a computer
input from the Unifi software's on-screen display and the
computer isn't running SMART Board software.
NOTE: In HID mode, however, the SMART Board tools (such as
the pens and the eraser) won't work. You can move the mouse
pointer and perform mouse functions with simple touch
anywhere on the interactive screen. The Right-Click button on
the pen tray may work (on some versions of Windows operating
system), but neither the Keyboard nor the Help button will work.
the controller module is in a Service mode, such as during a
firmware update (page 30), or it has detected a software error.
Reset the interactive whiteboard. If condition persists, contact
your service representative.
