The Gateway Menu is displayed.
Use the up and down keys to highlight the TV Setup option.

Press SELECT.

The TV Setup menu is displayed.
Use the up and down keys to highlight the TV/Source that you want to modify.

Press SELECT.

The Setup (TV#) menu appears on your TV screen.
Use the up and down keys to highlight Emergency Alert Device Support.
6.
Press the right or left keys to enable/disable Emergency Alert Device Support.
7.
Press EXIT to return to the previous menu.

If Emergency Alert Device Support is enabled, the following occurs for all EAS (Emergency Alert System)
broadcasts:
You hear a two-tone attention signal during Emergency Alert broadcasts.
The RG2400 automatically tunes your TV to the channel that is broadcasting the EAS message.
The emergency message appears at the top of your TV screen.
If EADS is not enabled, one of the following occurs, depending on the type of EAS broadcast:
You hear a two-tone attention signal.
A pop-up message appears on your TV screen to advise you of what type of emergency has occurred
and the channel you should tune for more information.
The RG2400 automatically tunes your TV to the channel that is broadcasting the EAS message.
For national and required monthly testing alerts, the RG2400 automatically tunes the TV to the EADS chan-
nel.
