To stop the writing of the file to the unit at any time during the writing process, click
Cancel. When this option is selected, the user will be required to write a complete
replacement software (ramcmpr.bin) file.
REMOTE CONFIGURATION STATUS
The Remote Configuration Tool displays information about the status of the MediaRacer®
100 unit. When the Remote Configuration Main Window appears (Fig. 5-13), in the Local
File Name field, enter the name of the status file – status.txt, its directory path and folder.
Alternatively, click on the Browse button, located to the right of the field, to access the
folder and select the file from the displayed list.
Type your username and password in the User and Password fields in the same way that
they were entered during the configuration process. If there is an error in the username or
password, it will not be possible to carry out the required update.
In the MediaRacer® IP field, enter the IP Address of the MediaRacer® 100 unit whose
status you want to update.
