MediaRacer® 100 Camera Side unit and the MediaRacer®
100 Monitor Side unit.
Status Read-only field used to display data relating to the
communications status of the MediaRacer® 1000 units.
When the status is shown as Alive, there is communication
between the MediaRacer® 100 units and the MediaRacer®
Link Manager. All functions of the application can be
operated.
If the status is shown as No Response there is no
communication between the MediaRacer® 100 units and the
MediaRacer® Link Manager.
The read-only field in the lower section of the General page
displays a message relating to the communications status
between the two units and the computer. The above example
shows the following: Tx:26 Rx:25 Qd:0. The message means
that Twenty-six commands have been transmitted (Tx) from
the computer to the two units. Twenty-five responses have
been received by the two units and the system is working
properly – with zero commands queued (Qd). This means that
the units are active and working.
Reset Clicking the Reset button in the MediaRacer® Camera
Section or in the MediaRacer® Monitor section of the
General page will reset the appropriate MediaRacer® 100
unit.
Clicking the Reset button will cause the MediaRacer® 100
unit to reboot only if the status is shown as Alive.
Disconnect all communication links between the
MediaRacer® 100 units, so that there is no audio, video or
RS232 data transfer.
