Description
Allows you to specify information that appears on a phone
when a call is forwarded. This information can include the
caller name, caller number, redirected number, and
original dialed number.
A computer telephony integration (CTI) route point can
designate a virtual device to receive multiple, simultaneous
calls for application-controlled redirection.
Allows users to connect two calls to each other (without
remaining on the line).
Allows a user to transfer an active call to an available
directed call park number that the user dials or speed dials.
A Call Park BLF button indicates whether a directed call
park number is occupied and provides speed-dial access to
the directed call park number.
If you implement Directed Call Park, avoid
Note
configuring the Park softkey. This prevents users
from confusing the two Call Park features.
Allows a user to answer a call that is ringing on a particular
directory number.
Users can customize how their phone indicates an
incoming call and a new voice mail message.
