Note: In CFM hardware mode, remote MEP information (mepid and
macaddr) is unknown.
Event description: Cannot receive the remote MEP's CCM packet
Log Message: CFM remote down. MD Level:<mdlevel>,

vlanid: Represents the VLAN identifier of the MEP.
