After inserting the riser card, firmly press on it with your fingers to connect it.

Install the components you removed previously.

Verify that POST displays no error messages.
If POST displays an error message, take a note on the message and see the POST error
messages listed on page 4-15.

Run the BIOS SETUP utility and select "Yes" for [Advanced] → [Reset Configuration
Data].
This setting is required to update the hardware configuration information. See page 4-8 for
details.

Removal

Remove a PCI card in reverse order of the installation steps. After removal, use the [Boot] menu of
the BIOS setup utility to set the boot order (as described on page 4-33).

Installing RAID Controller

Take the following steps to install the optional RAID controller in the RAID Controller slot.
If using an optional RAID controller (N8103-129/130)
