D.4.2 Boot Mode Options (Reference only)
Boot Modes selections are based on the networks requirements needed for setting up the Web
browser. Refer to the manual for more specific details.
Boot Mode options are:

During initialization (boot up), the modem will restore the web setting to
the standard IP Mask and addresses supplied by the modem. The
modem will be taken off the network and will not be accessible. The

During initialization (boot up), the modem will get the names, masks, and
IP Addresses of the modem, router, and server.
