11. To navigate other parts of the site, the modem needs to know who the user is. Upon
selecting any of the commands, the modem will request an authentication from the user.
This authentication is done through the use of a username and secret password. The
OM-20 is initially configured with the following defaults as illustrated in Figure 4.
