Making calls
Callback when the number is busy – CCBS (Completion of Calls to Busy Subscriber)
The user you are calling is currently making a call. Automatic callback saves you making
repeated attempts to dial the number.
Callback when the call is not answered – CCNR (Completion of Calls No Reply)
If the user you are calling does not answer you can arrange automatic callback. As soon
as the user you require has finished a call and the line is free again you will be rung back.
The callback request is automatically cancelled after about 2 hours (depending on the
exchange).
