Internal enquiry call

You wish to call an internal user during an external call.
Initiate an internal enquiry call:

The call to the first user is now put on hold.
Make a call to the internal user:

Open Internal call.
Open the menu.
Confirm.
OK
Open Internal call.
Press the recall key.
Open Internal call.
Enter the number of the internal user
required.
Open the menu.
Open list of handsets.
OK
Select the required internal number and
OK
confirm, e.g. Int.11.
If the internal user you have dialled is busy:
Open the menu.
Confirm to return to the external user.
OK
If the internal user replies:
Toggle (page 21):
Swap between callers.
Conference call (page 21):
Open the menu.
Select the menu item and confirm.
OK
Transfer the call (page 22).
