A. TROUBLE SHOOTING
The trouble shooting diagram can be of help if
your reader does not operate as expected. If
any problem is not covered or solved with this
diagram you need to contact your dealer.
Whether the reader operates or not can be
checked in the following way:
• it should beep after the power has been
switched ON
• it should either react on a trigger(if any) or it
should emit light at the scan side of the
reader (LEDs)
