If Your Copier Is Not Working Correctly . . .

Symptom
Nothing appears in the
Display Panel.
The copy cycle does not
start when the [START]
key is pressed.
The copier is not
activated when the
Power Switch is turned
ON.
When the copier is
switched off, the green
indicator on the [START]
key does not go out right
away.
If any other technical problems should occur:
G Turn the copier off,
G Remove the power plug from the outlet, and
G Call your Technical Representative.

Possible Cause
The Energy Saver Mode
is active.
The copier is turned
OFF.
The copier was just
turned ON.
The copier has
developed a malfunction.
The power cord is
unplugged from the
power outlet.
The room circuit breaker
is open.
You have switched off
the copier in Energy
Saver Mode.
Action
Press any key to cancel
the Energy Saver Mode.
Turn ON the Power
Switch.
Wait about 30 seconds.
The copier is warming
up.
Please read the
message on the Display
Panel.
Plug the power cord into
the power outlet.
Close the room circuit
breaker.
If the copier is switched
off while in Energy Saver
Mode, it takes about 23
seconds for the green
indicator on the [START]
key to go out.
