If Your Copier is Not Working Correctly . . .

Symptom
The Touch Panel shows
nothing.
Pressing the Start Key does
not start a copy cycle.
Control Panel Keys do not
respond
The copier is not activated
when the Power Switch is
turned ON.
If any other technical problems should occur:
Turn the copier off,
l
Remove the power plug from the outlet, and
l
Call your Technical Representative.

Possible Cause
The Energy Saver Mode is
active.
The copier is turned OFF.
The copier was just turned
ON.
The copier has developed a
malfunction.
The copier is in the interrupt
mode. The Interrupt key is lit
up.
The power cord is unplugged
from the power outlet.
The room circuit breaker is
open.
Troubleshooting
Action
Press any Key to cancel the
Energy Saver Mode.
Turn ON the Power Switch.
Wait about 60 seconds. The
copier is warming up.
Please read the message on
the Display Panel.
Press the Interrupt Key to
cancel the interrupt mode.
Plug the power cord into the
power outlet.
Close the room circuit
breaker.
