The CL900 does not respond when I tap or touch with my finger

The CL900 tablet responds to touch when I don't want it to
•
Consider changing a touch setting so that you have to double-tap the display to enable
touch. From Windows Start menu, select Motion Computing > Motion Dashboard and
tap Pen & Tablet. Tap Touch Settings and then Auto mode.

Sometimes, it's helpful to reset the tablet's touch system. From Windows Start menu,
select Motion Computing > Motion Dashboard and tap Pen & Tablet. Tap Touch
Settings, then Touch Tuning, then Start. A calibration program begins. Do not touch
the display until the program has finished.
Ports and connectors
The system does not recognize the USB 2.0 device
•
Windows may take a short time to recognize the USB device. Wait a few moments to see
if Windows recognizes the device.
•
The device may not be connected properly. Check the connection and ensure it is
inserted properly into the USB port.
•
The correct driver might not be included with Windows. Check the manufacturer's
website for a current driver, or use the installation CD that came with the device.
The CL900 is in its dock, but the system does not recognize any accessory devices,
such as the external disk drive or monitor
•
The CL900 may not be fully seated in the dock. Remove it from the dock and then
replace it.
Network
The wireless adapter keeps connecting even when I do not want it to
•
Disable the desired wireless adapter from the Motion Dashboard. From the Dashboard
Wireless page, clear the check box next to the wireless adapter you want to disable. For
more information, see "Enable wireless" on page 8.
I cannot connect to a network using the Ethernet adapter
•
The Ethernet port for the CL900 is located on the dock. To connect to an Ethernet
network, connect an Ethernet cable to the Ethernet port on the dock. If it's not working,
try removing and reconnecting the Ethernet cable. Then try replacing the cable.
