Setting the taskbar on the left edge of your screen

You'll notice that the desktop illustration places the Windows taskbar on the left edge of the
screen. We find this works well with the CL900 touchscreen display. Consider placing the
taskbar on the left.
To place the taskbar on the left edge of the screen
1. Press and hold the Start menu icon and tap Properties.
2. Tap the Taskbar tab.
3. Make sure that Lock the taskbar is checked.
4. Under Taskbar location on screen, select Left.
5. Tap OK.

Changing the desktop theme

The desktop that comes on the CL900 uses a Motion theme designed specifically for touch
interaction. For example, it has wider scroll bars and more space between menu options to
make it easier to navigate with your finger.
Your CL900 comes with two Motion themes: the default MotionTouch120dpi, which uses
larger icons and text, and the MotionTouch96 dpi theme, which allows more room for
content.
If desired, you can change the theme, but keep in mind that if you do not use a Motion
theme, you lose the benefit of having a theme that is designed specifically for touch.
To change the desktop theme
1. Press and hold anywhere on the desktop.
2. Select Personalize.
3. Under installed themes, select the theme that you want to use.
The desktop changes to the selected theme immediately.
