The GPS does not work
•
The GPS receiver is only available if you purchased your CL900 with the optional Mobile
Broadband with GPS module.
•
Mobile Broadband with GPS must be enabled from the Motion Dashboard. See "Enable
wireless" on page 8.

Motion Connection Manager must be running. From Windows Start menu, select
Motion Connection Manager > MotionCM.
•
GPS must be started from the Connection Manager. From the notification area, tap the
Motion Connection Manager icon
•
The GPS navigation or mapping application your are using must be able to handle
standard NMEA GPS information.
My GPS isn't working properly

Audio

No sound is coming from the built-in speaker

Ensure that nothing is connected to the audio in/out jack. Connecting headphones or
external speakers disables the built-in speaker.

The volume may be set too low or muted. You can use Motion Dashboard to increase the
volume or turn mute off. From Windows Start menu, select Motion Computing >
Motion Dashboard then tap Audio and move the slider to the desired volume.

The integrated audio components may have been overwritten. If you install a third-party
audio device (such as a USB or Bluetooth device), the integrated audio may stop
working. If this happens, reinstall the audio drivers. After you install these, if you still have
problems recording, contact your system administrator or service provider.

If performance is slow, you may be blocking the GPS antenna, which is located on the
pen storage drawer
