Stops all running sequences
Description: Stops all running sequences with low priorities (all
factory presets). Upon completion the DMM 4650 returns to the
stabd-by mpde.

Start alarm text (message 00) once

Description: Turns the sound reinforcement system on (relay Al)
and waits for acknowledgment (input Al = system ready). When
