Incorporating linked information in an image file

You can create a link to share information from another Viewer file
or from a document created in another application, such as a word
processing chart or spreadsheet data. You can then edit or format
the information (also called an "object ") while you are in the
Viewer. To edit a linked object created in another application, you
must have the other application installed on your computer. To link
an object:
From the Edit menu, choose Insert Object.
Select the Create From File radio button.
In the File box, type the name of the object you want to link to.
