Select the Apply or Close button.
To manually adjust for page orientation:
From the View menu, select Properties.
Select the OCR tab.
Deselect the Automatically Adjust for Page Orientation
option.
Select Apply or Close button.
View each page that you want to convert to text.
If the viewed page is not in the portrait orientation, rotate it to the
Portrait orientation. (See Viewing Documents chapter)
Specifying the Character Used to Flag Uncertain
Characters or Words
The OCR application will display its best guess preceded by a flag
character for an unrecognized character. To specify this character:
Select View, Properties and choose the OCR tab.
Enter the flag character in the Display Uncertain Characters
As box. Select the Apply or Close button.
