Quick Print
Prints the dropped file using the current printer settings.
Send Fax
Allows you to select a fax recipient and to then fax the dropped
file.
Staple
Enables you to staple (combine) dropped items into one file. You
may combine entire files, or separate pages of files.
OCR
Enables you to drag and drop selected pages or an entire file for
quick OCR conversion.
E-mail
Enables you to select an e-mail recipient and then send the
dropped file as an attachment to an e-mail message. Follow the
prompts of your specific E-mail program.
Adding an application button to the Action Bar
In addition to the common functions described above, you may also
add your own application buttons to the Action Bar to quickly access
