Fax Setup
From the File menu select Print Setup.
Select Sharp Colour MFP Fax-Mail as your printer.
The Page Size setting cannot be changed. Viewer ignores this
setting when faxing files.
Orientation - It is not necessary to change this setting. Viewer
ignores this setting when faxing image files.
Select OK to close the dialog box, saving any changes.
Select Cancel to close the dialog box without saving any
changes.
To fax using the File menu command:
From the File menu, choose Print.
Select Sharp Colour MFP Fax-Mail as your printer.
If you want to fax the entire file, select All from the Print Range
group.
To fax a range of contiguous pages:
Select Pages from the Print Range group
In the From field, enter the first page of the range of pages
you want to fax.
In the To field, enter the last page of the range of pages you
want to fax.
If you want to change your selected fax setup, select the Prop-
erties pushbutton.
Select the OK pushbutton.
