A distorted image is
received at the other end.
Noise on the telephone line may cause
distortion. Try sending the document again.
Make a copy of the document on the Sharp
MFP. If the copy is also distorted, your
Sharp MFP may need service. If the
problem persists, call your dealer or the
Sharp number(s) listed on the warranty
card.
