Saving Address Book entries

After adding information for a record or making changes to a record,
select Save

Printing the Address Book

You can print all your Address Book records by performing the
following:
Select the Print
select File, Print from the menu bar of the Address Book.
The Address Book will be printed in ascending alphanumeric order,
by name, with a blank line between records.
Each record will be printed in the following format:
