Defines the function of the OTU hardware outputs. The output
function is as described for the GRL command above. (Except
those marked *) The normal default is direct from the UTC control
bytes.
The command has two index fields:
1) count/occupancy/queue unit number
2) data selector - enter 0 or 1 as indicated below
0 to allocate the input line number for the unit
1 to allocate the unit function (see below)
To specify the time in seconds that a configured queue unit input
must be active before its output becomes active.
