Call Monitor

Note
This feature must be enabled/disabled from the end-user's station device.
1. Highlight Call Monitor > Extension > User Agent. Click Add. The Web Page Dialog box for
the Call Monitor feature displays (shown below).
2. In the left section of the screen, select the Feature Key Name/Application No. from the drop-
down menu. This will map to an application location in Key Map configurations. This can only
be done in this screen.
3. Do not modify the Properties in the right section of the screen. Accept the default settings.
To reassign the Call Monitor Key
1. Turn off Call Monitoring on the phone.
2. Change the definition of the old key (either to 000 or to a new function).
3. Change the definition of the new key to Application Starting, with the proper application
number. This may be done via #9876 on the phone, via eManager, or via My Phone Manager.
4. Press the new key to re-enable Call Monitoring on the phone.

Do not change this field. It is set to the correct value.
Acceptable values are 1 and 0. If it is 1, then Call Monitor reenables
automatically when SES restarts.
Number of milliseconds that CM shows LCD messages before
reverting to the normal phone display.
